We always talk about how in our partners' kitchens, the magic happens from local products from Ibiza…

But what are its origins? Because, although chefs are close to being sorcerers, they cannot create dishes without good raw materials.

A little of each: products from the land, sea and air

They come from a long tradition, where knowledge, know-how, recipes, and preparations and passion are transmitted from generation to generation.

Or they are newly created, born to recover what began to be lost, to reclaim or to bring together various professionals.

No matter where they come from, everyone strives day after day to provide meat, fish, vegetables, honey, liquors and countless other ingredients or preparations that allow us to stay connected with our origins.

And never better said, because in Ibiza you will find true liquid gold with the pure flavor of our jewel of the Mediterranean.

In this case, we are not referring only to Oli d’Eivissa oil.

With our three spirits producers, Fluxà Ibiza, the Familia Marí Mayans and Licores Aniseta, you can enjoy the typical ibicenco herbs, one of our most authentic flavors, as well as different Vodkas, Rums, Tequilas, Absinthes, Gins… The list is long.

If you like wine, Ibizkus has been producing red, white, and rosé wines for almost 20 years from local grape that will delight oenophiles.

To finish, we cannot forget Cafés Ibiza, which has been artisanally roasting carefully selected coffee beans since 1958 in its countries of origin for use and enjoyment by businesses and individuals.

Flavors for all palates

Sweet, salty, sour, spicy… We have everything the body asks for.

It all starts with our two Agricultural Cooperatives of Santa Eulalia and San Antonio, which provide all the necessary materials so that the farmers and ranchers of the island can develop their work.

For example, Can Malacosta has more than 5,800 fruit trees with which they make delicious jams following their traditional recipes; Ibizaloe uses its Aloe vera as an ingredient in various food products; Frutos Secos Ibiza supplies the entire island with very diverse nuts and snacks…

At sea, Peix Nostrum boats fish sustainably and respectfully in our waters, and they ensure the quality of the entire product under the Peix Nostrum seal.

The Cooperativa Carn&Coop was created to reactivate the livestock sector of Ibiza, and provides traditional meats and sausages, and also makes an important task to achieve recognition for the porc negre eivissenc (Ibiza's black pork) and the Ibiza rabbit.

Don't think that we have forgotten about air products… You would be surprised to know the amount of love for beekeeping that there is on the island. It is so much that they have joined together in the Associació d'Apicultors d'Eivissa, in charge of promoting knowledge of the particularities of the Ibiza honey.
