About us
An intimate atmosphere. High ceilings. Linens and cords wrap around us like the everlasting arms of a jellyfish. Katrin Kirk's artwork sits by our side with its simulated swaying through this culinary journey led by Chef Óscar Molina and his team's quality service. All we can do is let ourselves be carried away.
Art, design and elegance. A snack or a cocktail to start the evening on the terrace, or perhaps to round it off. A unique atmosphere and its own one-of-a-kind take on the fusion concept: Mediterranean Kaiseki. The best of Japanese culinary tradition, with unique, authentic flavours and many contrasting notes on the palate, in which raw ingredients and local Mediterranean products play a central role.
