Dinner in Paris
Eating in Ibiza was launched in Paris with an exclusive dinner at the Caché restaurant, aimed at journalists and influencers. The initiative, promoted by the Ibiza Tourism Board with the support of the Ibiza Council, aims to strengthen the island’s position as a gastronomic destination by promoting local produce, tradition and innovation.
During the event, chef David Reartes presented a menu inspired by Ibiza’s Mediterranean history and culture, based on respect for the produce and its roots. The experience was complemented by wines and Ibizan products with PGI status, and concluded with a culinary gift for the guests, reinforcing Ibiza’s identity as a culinary benchmark.
