The menu at HOYO19 features haute cuisine dishes devised by chef Iván Ronchera Guimerá, serving a wonderful selection of exquisite rice dishes cooked over a wood fire and superb meat and fish options.

The restaurant has two different ambiances, one with views over the nine-hole golf course and the other overlooking the 18-hole course, that create a unique ambience on the Island of Ibiza.

    STARTERS (SERVED TO SHARE)

     Local seasonal vegetable salad served with smoked local Sirvia  (Lemon Fish).
    Typical Ibizan dish of fried octopus with onions, garlic and pepper).
    Mussels in an alioli made with  locally grown samphire.


    MAIN DISHES - (CHOOSE ONE)

    Local boneless lamb served with a honey dried fruit filling.
    OR
    Ibizan Stingray served with an almond, potato, garlic, onion, bread, canela and lemon  sauce.
    OR
    Paella served with naked shellfish.


    DESSERT

    Traditional Ibizan pudding foam, served with a lemon cream and sugared almonds.
