Eating in Ibiza, Óscar Molina and his friends "presented". STARS AGAINST CANCER. A solidarity dinner in favour of ASPANOB. Different renowned chefs come together to create a gastronomic menu that will allow diners to enjoy an exceptional culinary experience, in a must-visit place on the island: the STK Ibiza restaurant.
On Friday 21st October, Fomento del Turismo de la isla de Ibiza organised a dinner to bid farewell to the 2022 season at the well-known restaurant The Standard.
We enjoyed a wonderful evening to meet again among professionals of the tourism sector and talk about the development of our activity during the summer.
The third edition of this gastronomic event took place from May 1 to 31 and the participating restaurants offered various menus with the products from our land as protagonists.
From native meats such as lamb with the seal Anyell d'E to fish from the Ibizan fishing grounds with the seal Peix Nostrum, passing through the chicken "payés" (raised in the fields of Ibiza) or the sought-after shrimp red Ibizan , you are one step away from discovering everything that the local Ibizan product can offer.
A section dedicated to the companies that elaborate and produce locally in Ibiza, and in which we focus on those that allow us to enjoy the best that the land and sea of Ibiza provide us with. Their products cannot be missing from our table and are part of our gastronomy.
We will also introduce you to some traditional recipes from the island of Ibiza, and we will explain which are the quality brands of Ibiza.

Get to know our gastronomic experiences in Ibiza!
The second edition of this gastronomic event had the participation of up to 26 restaurants, with the products of our land as protagonists.
From native meats such as lamb with the seal Anyell d'E to fish from the Ibizan fishing grounds with the seal Peix Nostrum, passing through the chicken "payés" (raised in the fields of Ibiza) or the sought-after shrimp Ibizan red , diners were able to discover everything that the local Ibizan product can offer.
In order to promote the local products of our island, Eating in Ibiza organized with the collaboration of Pimeef and the funding of the Consell de Ibiza, gastronomic workshops throughout the Gastronomic Days.
During four weeks, a total of six Gastro Events were organized, totally free and open to the public (except for those under 18 years of age in the case of workshops with alcohol).
The Fomento del Turismo of the island of Ibiza is an association arising from the initiative of a group of visionary people who, in 1933, set out to encourage, promote and develop the emerging tourist industry on the island.
During this time, the association has been actively involved in the successive changes that our island has been experiencing through the tourism industry. At present, our institution is composed of hoteliers, representatives of different social sectors and individuals, whose contributions help to fund the operating costs of the association.
The association works hard to provide a forum for open debate and business collaboration, stimulating the association of professionals, workers, businesses and organizations of all economic and social sectors of our island, to work together to make Ibiza a quality destination.
Fomento del Turismo unify the offer in groups of companies that have similar clients generating Product Clubs: Ibiza Luxury Destination, Ibiza Convention Bureau, Discovering Ibiza, social club Ontur, Eating in Ibiza and Ibiza Health and Beauty.
