Gastrojornadas
The second edition of this gastronomic event had the participation of up to 26 restaurants, with the products of our land as protagonists.
From native meats such as lamb with the seal Anyell d'E to fish from the Ibizan fishing grounds with the seal Peix Nostrum, passing through the chicken "payés" (raised in the fields of Ibiza) or the sought-after shrimp Ibizan red , diners were able to discover everything that the local Ibizan product can offer.
Gastro Events
In order to promote the local products of our island, Eating in Ibiza organized with the collaboration of Pimeef and the funding of the Consell de Ibiza, gastronomic workshops throughout the Gastronomic Days.
During four weeks, a total of six Gastro Events were organized, totally free and open to the public (except for those under 18 years of age in the case of workshops with alcohol).
