BLESS Hotel Ibiza presents a new gastronomic proposal. A concept that pays tribute to the Mediterranean tradition through fire and local products. A menu with a twist of sophistication that exalts pure flavours, with dishes prepared in a charcoal oven and a careful selection of fresh ingredients.
The Mediterranean of the land, tradition and fire unfolds its charms in the kitchen of Lumbre, the new place to be at BLESS Hotel Ibiza. During the day, its sunny atmosphere includes dishes such as Josper-ripened pork loin, braised king prawns, Formentera lobster, rice with lobster and the emblematic Lumbre rice dish with trumpets of death and ripe pork loin.
At night, the place transforms into a more intimate, elegant and cosy space, where you can enjoy delicacies such as Ibizan sobrasada and melted cheese croquettes or langoustines with sobrasada and wagyu picaña, among other wonders.
