Restaurant openings in Ibiza that you were waiting for
With the arrival of the new season, Ibiza is once again full of life... and tables that invite you to stay.
Some have already opened their doors, others are about to do so, but they all share something: a desire to make us enjoy ourselves again.
The first to open (and to which you can already pay a visit)
At the end of March, several emblematic spaces have been in charge of kicking off the gastronomic season. Places where the atmosphere is already starting to feel like summer.
Cala Bassa Beach Club once again unfolds its gastronomic universe in front of the sea, with different spaces where you can enjoy everything from rice dishes to more sophisticated proposals, always with quality products and that natural environment that makes it unique.
In the north, Shamarkanda opens again as that refuge surrounded by nature where international cuisine mixes with local produce, in a relaxed atmosphere that invites you to extend the after-dinner conversation.
For its part, Taste of Salia reaffirms its commitment to healthy, organic and seasonal cuisine, where each dish highlights the balance between flavour and well-being.
Three different ways to start the season... but with something in common: to gather around the table again.
April: when the island comes to a boil
April marks the true gastronomic awakening of Ibiza. Throughout the month, some of the most anticipated names reopen their doors.
Classics such as Amante (from April 17) or Aiyanna (from April 24) return with their essence intact: Mediterranean cuisine, product from their own garden and privileged locations in front of the sea, where every meal becomes an experience.
Spaces that combine gastronomy and lifestyle are also reopening, such as Blue Marlin Ibiza (from 25 April), where the day flows from day to night between music, cocktails and good cuisine, or O Beach Ibiza, which is once again a meeting point with its vibrant atmosphere and its Mediterranean fusion proposal from 18 April.
Among the most interesting novelties, Madunia stands out, a new culinary destination that is committed to open-fire cooking and the concept of sharing, in direct connection with the nature of the island. You can discover it from April 17.
And for meat lovers, El Carnicero lights its embers again on April 23 with a proposal focused on selected cuts from all over the world, in an environment with its own character.
They are joined by Nikki Beach Ibiza, which returns for another summer with its unique essence from April 23: international gastronomy, celebration and views of the Mediterranean.
April, without a doubt, is the month when Ibiza begins to beat the strongest.
May: the definitive start of summer
With May comes that feeling that summer is already here. And with it, new openings that complete the gastronomic map of the island.
Bam-Bu-Ku returns on May 1 as the perfect plan for long days in the sun, combining fusion cuisine, tropical atmosphere and options for the whole family.
Beso Beach opens again in the middle of nature on April 30, with its unmistakable Basque-Mediterranean proposal and that atmosphere where the sea, music and gastronomy merge in a unique experience.
And in Sant Antoni, Villa Mercedes resumes its activity on May 1 as that elegant space facing the sea, ideal for special dinners accompanied by live music and a sophisticated atmosphere.
Three locations where you can welcome summer in a different way, but with the same spirit: celebrate.
A season to savour Ibiza like never before
Each opening marks the beginning of something. Of meetings, of long after-dinner conversations, of gastronomic discoveries that are part of the summer.
Whether you are one of those who repeat your favorites or if you like to try something new every season, this is the perfect time to let yourself go and rediscover the island through its cuisine.
