Let yourself be surprised by Trattoria Dietro al Sole, a restaurant with an Italian heart and an Ibizan soul. Located in the Vibra Yamm Urban hotel and open to the public, it is situated in the heart of San Antonio, just a few steps from the iconic Sunset Strip.
Trattoria Dietro al Sole offers an à la carte menu that reinterprets traditional Italian cuisine, raising it to a new standard of quality. Its dishes are made with local products from the island of Ibiza and with protected designation of origin (PDO) to provide an authentic and carefully crafted culinary experience.
Among the specialities on the menu are parmigiana di melanzane and porchetta and taleggio bikini. For pasta lovers, tonnarelli a la rueda with truffle is a must, while those looking for more intense flavours will find the Mauro escalope with low-temperature egg and truffle emulsion a sophisticated and comforting combination.
The sweet chapter of the experience is led by the house's star dessert: homemade tiramisu, served in a glass. It is accompanied by Italian classics such as cannoli filled with ricotta and pistachio or crêpes with Nutella and ice cream. The dessert menu also pays tribute to the land that hosts the restaurant, incorporating local ingredients such as carob, used as a natural sweetener, and Ibizan herbs, which add unique nuances to each creation.
Accompanying its flavour, its relaxed atmosphere also wins over its visitors. Its minimalist and modern design with a serene and relaxed interior creates the perfect ambience. Without a doubt, it is the perfect place to enjoy after the sunset ritual, whether for a romantic dinner, an outing with friends or a special occasion celebration.
In addition, the restaurant offers the possibility of organising private events and professional meetings, adapting to the needs of each occasion to turn any celebration into a memorable experience.
