Sonrojo is for chilled out days at the beach with ice cold beers, flavourful Spanish food and a relaxed vibe. Overlooking the sea front, the restaurant is designed for informal daytime-dining and traditional Mediterranean flavour with sandy toes and sea-salty skin. From the early morning, sonrojo will be open for sunrise breakfasts as the waves roll in.
Iced coffees in the golden light and bold fruit salads will be the ideal accompaniment to a morning dip. As the day rolls on, beach-goers will enjoy crisp cold beers, jugs of sangria and cocktails in a watermelon, plus easy-going food such as paella, salads, grilled fish and pasta. The ambience will be slow-paced, with a soundtrack of Balearic beats and the space will be designed with natural materials and a relaxed Mediterranean mood.
