Omar Malpartida arrived to the island with his new restaurant, Maymanta, located on Aguas de Ibiza new rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy formidable sunset, while tasting the creations of the Young Peruvian chef.
The menu surprises with a variety of "tapeo criollo", national "picoteo", "anticuchos", "ceviches", "tiraditos", "punto humo" (woks and grill) and other specialties to share. Also, at the Maymanta bar, you can taste dishes such as salmon with tiger milk, roasted peanuts and chives; "causa" of lobster with Andean potatoes, pickle, spicy mayo, avocados and tomatoes; or the squid chicharrón with glazed achiote and spicy pineapple bramble.
