Petunia Ibiza

At the centre of Petunia Ibiza are its open space restaurants - the beating heart of our hotel. The philosophy behind our food and drink is to keep it simple and honest but with a playful twist on classics we know people enjoy. Where possible, we use what we produce and grow in the kitchen garden or source from within the island, keeping our menus as home-grown as possible. This allows us to celebrate the seasons with emphasis on fresh and clean flavours.

• La Mirada Rooftop:
  Where do you go to enjoy breathtaking views of Es Vedrà? Our new restaurant, La Mirada Rooftop and bar, of course! The new restaurant and bar offers a colourful and modern selection of tapas. And our cocktails are blended using only the freshest ingredients, foraged from our kitchen gardens where possible.

• La Mesa Escondida:
  La Mesa Escondida, a much-loved Ibizan eatery, joined the Petunia Ibiza family in 2020. Nestled in the heart of the hotel the restaurant offers a creative Mediterranean menu with nods to traditional recipes.

• Los Olivos:
  Serving the best homemade pizzas on the island from our handcrafted wood fired oven.

• Es Vedrà Rooftop:
  Our seasonal cocktail menus have been lovingly crafted by our expert mixology team and change every season, offering our guests new flavours year after year.
