A theatrical gastronomic experience.

Pioneering a new chapter in Ibiza's history, 528 Ibiza fuses entertainment, gastronomy and island heritage. The innovative project located in the hills of Benimussa on the west coast of the island, opened its doors in August 2021. Immersing guests in a culinary and experiential journey through the island's different eras (music, art and theatre performances), as well as Ibizan-influenced cuisine that pays homage to Ibiza's past while pointing to the future.
