Heart Ibiza is a unique space in the world where gastronomy, music and art collide, creating an unprecedented sensory experience. A project created jointly by chefs Ferrán and Albert Adrià and the founder of Circo del Sol, Guy Lalibertè.

The style and avant-garde cuisine of the Adrià brothers is present in each part of the Heart Ibiza experience. Gastronomic proposals that embellish the diner with the creative symbiosis between art, gastronomy and music, serving as the guiding thread of the show itself.
