Dani García: From Ibiza to conquer the world

In Ibiza, we have great chefs such as Dani García, recognised worldwide for his great talent and awarded with three Michelin stars.

The chef from Marbella opened, at the end of May 2021, the BiBo restaurant in the 5-star hotel, Nobu Ibiza Bay, located on Talamanca beach, where he presents his famous BiBo restaurant concept, with a relaxed and informal proposal.

The new restaurant is the Malaga-born chef's first venture in Ibiza.  It picks up the magic of the island and is located next to the famous chef Nobu's restaurant, where exceptional quality, service and taste are a priority.

However, Dani García's culinary adventures do not end in Ibiza. After his debut in Ibiza; London, New York, Miami and Houston are the new openings he is planning for this autumn.

In August he will open in London, in September in New York and in November in Miami. In addition, he tells us that they will also open a Lobito de Mar in Doha, where they already have a BiBo.
And as if that were not enough, he reveals that Casa Dani in Houston will open in six months and will be next to Nobu. 

The chef is also committed to democratising luxury cuisine and making it accessible to the general public, without losing the quality that has always characterised him. In this sense, he confesses that his dream is to set up a hamburger restaurant in Marbella, his homeland.

With a very promising year ahead, Dani is more optimistic than ever. "You have to be aware that life is difficult, but you have to have more responsibility than fear and give everything you do a meaning. We are very American in the way we do business, we must not be afraid of failure", he concludes.
