Es Caliu is a traditional Restaurant of the ibicencan and mediterranean cocking from the Island. Its placed in a old country house from the XVIII century, surrounded by a stunning natural landscape in the heart of Ibiza.

Es Caliu is the restaurant where the traditional and the avant-garde merge.

This restaurant offers both Ibicencan and Mediterranean dishes, with a touch of author and always with the best product, using fresh organic vegetables from their own garden and local producers.
