APERITIF
I.G.P. Ibiza Olive Oil for the table with slices of carob bread roll.
Vegan antipasti: Ibiza Olives, sun dried-tomatoes, artichockes.
STARTER
Roast chicken croquettes accompanied by a lime sauce dip.
MAIN DISH
Pizza Payesa: Thin dough, homemade tomato sauce, grated mozzarella, cubed chicken breast, Arbequina oil, peppers and Maldon salt.
DESSERT
▪ Slice of Brownie: chocolate cake with carob flour, salty / sweet toffee with vanilla ice cream served on almond crumble and caramelised walnuts.
MENU 2.
STARTER
Durok Pork Rib Tacos: boneless rib with toasted white sesame sauce, homemade pickles (red onion and cucumber), and coriander.
MAIN DISH
Boneless chicken thigh: cooked at a low temperature, with Pil Pil sauce made from its juice, and homemade appetizers.
DESSERT
Cheese cake made from Ibizan sheep's cheese: warm cake on an almond and lime biscuit base with red fruit compote and lime zest.
