Ca n’Alfredo

One of the island’s oldest restaurants set in the heart of the city and run by the Riera family since 1941. Its menu offers traditional Ibizan cuisine, with traditions faithfully maintained by Catalina Riera who has managed to preserve the legacy of previous generations. She is a benchmark for local cuisine, inside and outside the island. She also has the valuable support of José Torres in the kitchen and of the charismatic Joan Riera at front of house.
