1º -Crispy carob bread, cuttlefish noodles and sobrassada romesco sauce with caramelised onion.
2º -Red shrimp, guacamole and Can Rich” cocktail sauce, with the heads roasted in a Josper oven.
3º -“Allagostat” monk fish and risotto made from its broth and saffron.
4º - Free-range chicken in chilindrón 2022 sauce, with textures, nuts and a reduction of its juice with beer and seasonal vegetables.
Dessert -White chocolate and spicy avocado sphere, organic yoghurt, balsamic strawberry soup and “Can Tura “ orange.
Recommended wine: Can Maymó Malvasia and Can Rich Lausos Merlot.
